Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping 

- Upon completion of order, strut times are approximately 2-3 weeks before shipping. 

-Customers will received tracking information for their order within 24hours of orders shipped. 

Eligibility for Returns

- Only air suspension components purchased directly from The Lab Built are eligible for return.

- Components must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged to qualify for a return.

- Returns  for any orders made unopened, unused items ( Received) must be initiated within 3 days from the date of arrival for a refund with a deduction of a 15% restocking fee and shipping fee.

Cancelations of any order must be done within 48 hours of order placement. After 48 period all order cancelations have a %15 restocking fee deduction 

Return Process

- To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team via email thelabbuilt@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- The RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.

- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Return Conditions

- All returned components will undergo a thorough inspection to determine their eligibility for a refund or exchange.

- Components that show signs of installation, modification, or damage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

- The original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included promotional items must be returned in their original condition along with the component.
